Tracheostomy Tube

Tube:

-          Made of thermosensitive material, with sufficient initial rigidity for insertion, confirms to individual patients’ upper respiratory tract at the body temperature

-          Tube is printed with size, length and other information for quick visual reference

-          Tip atraumatic and rounded

-          Tube holds the tracheostomy open, bypass the upper airway obstruction, provide long-term ventilation support and manage tracheal/bronchial secretion, delivery oxygen to the lungs

-          Obturator: used to insert the tube, to provide a smooth surface that guides the tube when it is being inserted

-          Flange end, clearly and anatomically-shaped, provides better access for stoma care, extends from the side of the outer tube, and has holes to attach cloth ties or Velcro straps around the neck

-          All tube supplied with two neck tapes

Cuff:

-          High volume low pressure cuff, minimizes the risk of trauma

-          Thin and delicate walls reduce effectively loss of seal

This item is packed in individual hard blister package, sterilized.
